The Raferinta Sarmi Constanta project involved the restoration of the historic Vila Georgescu in Constanta, Romanya, and the construction of an extension.

For the project, Arshiskin Srl-Row Studio combined Kale's Kalesinterflex Terazzo, Innovation Siyah, Innovation Beyaz, Innovation Mavi, Luxury Cement Gri and Limestone series. The 100x300 cm and 120x360 cm slabs were installed using a concealed clip system on both the exterior facade and interior surfaces.

Predominantly grey and neutral tones define this broad palette in the modern blocks standing alongside the historic villa's preserved ornamental facade. Together, they give a rich, layered material identity to a project that brings restoration and contemporary architecture together.
