Marina View Ticari Ofis Kulesi

Marina View is a 36-storey, 140-metre-high commercial office tower in Ehkashan Zone C, in the Clifton district near the coast of Karaçi.

Construction began in 2019 and was completed in 2022. One of the city's tallest buildings, it serves as a business centre for corporate office occupiers.

Kale's Kalesinterflex Luxury Cement Gri series was used for the facade cladding, with 100x300 cm panels installed using a concealed clip system.

The restrained, monochrome grey facade offers a material solution suited to Karaçi's intense heat and humidity, while giving one of the city's new-generation office towers a consistent, contemporary identity.
