Emlak Başkent Konutları

For the facade of Emlak Başkent Konutları, SPDO Mimarlık brought together a broad palette of colours and textures from Kale's Kalesinterflex collection: Innovation Extra Beyaz, Safran, Mavi and Koyu Gri; C-Stone Bej; Luxury Cement Antrasit, Kum and Gri; Oxido Yosun and Beyaz; and Woodline Meşe.

The 100x300 cm and 120x360 cm panels were installed using a concealed clip system.

Ranging from neutral tones to vivid accents, and from stone textures to wood patterns, this extensive palette gives the large residential development a rich facade identity that varies from block to block while remaining cohesive.
