Among the sports facilites that have been built in the social areas of the housing sites belonging to the Çan factories in Çanakkale are football fields, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, mini golf courses, handball courts, open air chess, and an olympic size swimming pool. Just as these modern and contemporary facilities are available for the use of staff, they are also open for use by their family members and members of the local communities. The Çan Ibrahim Bodur Stadium is used by all sports activities in the area.

The Kale Group has also established its own football, volleyball, basketball, handball, tennis, swimming and trap shooting teams. Each year the corporation also hosts a 'Community Run' as part of the Sports Festival of the "Ceramic Holiday." This award competition and a Trap Shoot are open to all of the members of the greater community. Various other competitions for both adults and children in football, volleyball, basketball, handball, mini-golf, chess and tennis also take place during the Sports Festival. The swimming and diving competitions are open both to staff and their children and to professional competitors. Various medals and other awards are passed out at the close of the sports festival.

The Kale Group also sponsors, both financially and emotionally, various nation-wide sports and athletes. Just one example of this is that for the past four years Kalekim has been the primary sponsor of the Sariyer Sports Club.
