The Kale Group's technical collaboration with foreign companies stretches back to the 1950s. Since it was first founded, the Kale Group has worked together with leading companies active in the same operational areas. Through time the Kale Group has entered into joint ventures with Czech, Italian, German, Spanish and American companies.
The Kale Group has always taken one stride forward in this area and with its joint ventures with global leaders such as General Electric, Siemens, and Roca is itself on the way to becoming a world-renowned company.
In 2001 the Kale Group entered into a joint venture with the world giant General Electric Corporation, forming a company to operate in the field of electrical component marketing. The marketing and sales in Turkey of all GE and Kale brand electrical components will be carried out exclusively by Kale Power Controls.
In 1999 the Kale Group formed a joint venture with the ROCA Group, a company that is Spain’s and Europe’s largest producer of heating technologies and bathroom products, for the production of sanitaryware. The agreement between the Kale Group and Roca calls for a 50%-%50 partnership called the Kalevit-Roca Saniter Seramik A.S. (Sanitary Ceramic Corp.) Plans call for the company to begin with the production of ceramic sanitaryware and then to cooperate on the production, sales, distribution, import and export of other bathroom products and accessories.
