Future employees are chosen among those that have the characteristics required by the related job description and the education, knowledge, ability and behaviour necessary for them to be able to occupy the position in question. In case of positions requiring specialization, people with a degree from a good university, English speaking (second language would be reason for preferential treatment) and who are familiar with IT hardware and software are preferred.

The employment of new people in the Kale Group is done through the Human Resources Units of the single companies. When a new employee is required, preference is given to people already working in the group. If there is not a suitable candidate, then the company's CV database is consulted. If also this proves to be fruitless, then an ad is published.
