Employees of Group companies work 45 hours per week.

The Holiday Leave program for non-union employees and staff are as follows:

1 to 5 years	14 workdays
5 to 15 years	20 workdays
15 years plus	26 workdays

All employees are covered with private health insurancer.

All companies within the group provide social assistance on religious holidays and New Year's and food assistance is provided during the sacred month of Ramadan.

Special events like semi-annual picnics, theater, special shows, movies and bowling are organized for employees.

In addition, employees and their spouses and children can join the volleyball, basketball, tennis, swimming, chess, and mini-golf teams and can make use of the facilities built for these purposes at the Çanakkale Çan factories.
